About Us

Mr. Adel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Diploma in Capital Markets from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science as well as several professional training certifications. He serves as Vice Chairman of Metro Securities Brokerage, in addition to holding board memberships in several companies. With nearly thirty years of experience, he has worked extensively across all areas of legal consultancy, particularly those related to capital markets, corporate investments, general assemblies, and boards of directors. His expertise also includes negotiations, dispute resolution, arbitration, and contract drafting.

Mr. Nadi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. He brings over forty years of experience as a legal advisor in the banking sector and later in the capital market, during which he gained extensive expertise in all legal matters related to these fields. In addition to his longstanding legal advisory background, his expertise extends to dispute resolution committees, all methods of dispute settlement and international commercial arbitration, drafting contracts of all types, and providing legal counsel in various litigation matters.

Mr. El-Sayed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. He has acquired extensive experience in legal affairs during his tenure at the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). He has held several senior leadership positions at the Authority, including General Manager of Litigation and Investigations, Head of the Central Department for Corporate Governance, and Advisor to the Chairman of the FRA. In addition to his practical and advisory legal expertise spanning over thirty-five years in matters related to capital markets, he has actively participated in grievance committees, company incorporations, and has provided legal counsel in various disputes related to investment and securities.

Recipient of the State Award in Economic Sciences, Dr. Nashaat holds a Master's degree in Finance and International Capital Markets from Paris, a Master's degree in International Business Law, and a Professional Doctorate in International Commercial Arbitration. He brings over forty years of practical experience in financial and economic consultancy as well as banking operations in Egypt and France. His expertise covers international trade transactions, risk management, investment fund management, investment research, economic feasibility studies, and financial performance evaluation of companies and business institutions. Dr. Nashaat is also the author of several published works considered key professional references in the fields of finance, investment funds, and securities markets

Mr. Momen holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University, a Professional Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Menoufia University, a Master's degree in Financial Accounting from Cairo University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Feasibility Studies and Project Evaluation, Cost Accounting from Cairo University. He has served as a Financial Advisor, Accounts Manager, Auditor, and Accountant in leading companies across various sectors including industrial, commercial, and service fields. He is highly experienced in financial management, preparing financial statements, designing accounting systems, and supporting the digital transformation of enterprises. His expertise also extends to financial planning and feasibility studies.

Mr. Mina holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Kingston University, London and Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge, as well as the FMVA certification. He brings over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, particularly in financial advisory, asset management, and banking services. His role has involved direct engagement with a wide range of stakeholders—including shareholders, executives, management teams, and employees—to achieve and implement defined tactical objectives.

Dr. Hany holds a PhD in Economics and has over 25 years of diverse experience in corporate finance, asset management and valuation, investment research, feasibility studies, corporate governance, and developing performance evaluation models for economic units within organizations. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants in the United States. His professional background includes leading the Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory Unit at Ernst & Young in Saudi Arabia—one of the world's largest financial consultancy firms—as well as working with the Economic Research Unit at Visa International. His expertise also covers managing direct investments for a group of companies operating across various sectors in Egypt.

Mr. Fares holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Cairo University, a Professional MBA in Accounting from Beni-Suef University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Feasibility Studies from the Faculty of Commerce - Cairo University. He brings over 15 years of experience in capital markets and stock exchanges. His professional background includes several leadership positions in companies operating in the financial market. He serves as Chairman of Egytrend Securities Brokerage, Managing Director of Trend Holding, and Board Member at Safwa Financial Advisory for Securities.

Ms. Nouran holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Markets and Institutions from the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration - Helwan University. She has been working as a Financial Analyst at the company since June 2023. Her work focuses on financial modeling and market research.

Mr. Abdallah holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (English Section) from Ain Shams University. He has been working as a Financial Analyst at the company since May 2024, contributing to financial reporting and economic and market research.

Mr. Ayman holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from University of Prince Edward Island in Cairo. He has been working as a Financial Analyst at the company since September 2025. His work focuses on financial modeling and market research.

Mr. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Law degree and is a registered lawyer before the Courts of Appeal and the State Council. He specializes as a legal advisor in corporate affairs, particularly in the field of capital markets, and represents clients before all types of courts, with a focus on economic dispute cases. He has also served as the company's Internal Auditor and Anti-Money Laundering Officer since its establishment to date.
